Rented from them for over two years and never missed a payment. When we moved out they claimed the carpet was urine stained and needed to be replaced for $400 and the house needed $1k worth of cleaning. They also tried to evict us with a three day notice for not maintaining the yard on the week we had our first child. Please don't rent from these guys.
