Great credit union for savings, banking, or getting a loan. They have helped me over the years on several occasions. Friendly and helpful staff.
Predatory practices like manufactured delinquencies, forced place insurance rates that are 3x market rate, and accelerated payments scheduling without notice or options. Absolutely stay away at all costs. They are not your friendly neighborhood union. And when pressed on their tactics they evade any answers. These actions are against the consumer financial protection bureau.
Parthenon Credit Union has the best staff and leadership in town! They deliver great Customer Services with a smile every time I have gone in to do business. The online services are good and convenient too. Thanks to Mark Bess & Staff. You’re The Best!
