Terrible service, drivers are unreliable, weird, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Save your money, and just drive yourself to work
the Winston express is on time all the time. very clean. I ride this bus often and I am so impressed Drivers are courteous and the other riders are friendly. I ride it regularly now. well Priced,very reasonable and keeps the miles off my car. would be crushed if they ever stopped this service. Piedmont should be proud of PART

If I could give a negative zero I would. The driver's are by far the bottom of the barrel. They are rude and incompetent in reference to their jobs. Give you won't information and has no flexibility to when a situation takes place. Not everyone is attempting to get over. I'm so over riding this but I have to get to work
