Bought a sofa and chair. The fabric on the chair and matching pillows started to pill after 6 weeks. This chair is hardly sat in! Imagine if it were used daily. Complained, and the only thing I was offered were two new pillows. What good is that going to do? The fabric is horrible, and will just pill again. Horrible customer service from Elizabeth.
