Amazing experience from the moment you arrive at the spa. The reception staff are very attentive and the facilities are incredible: comfortable, well-heated and fragrant. I had a massage with Losana on her first day, and she has angelic hands and so much charisma; I must say I felt really comfortable with her. I arrived with a lot of tension and pain in my hands and arms, and I really felt the difference… 100% recommended
