Lola at PARS 2000 was professional and efficient when she helped me to recover a valuable item lost at Ottawa airport security. I'm not sure how many airports have such an effective lost and found service, which not only recovered and stored the item but also Fedexed it (at my expense) across the country the day after I'd lost it. Much appreciated!
