Just waited 2 hours for a taxi, TWO FULL HOURS, had called 20 minutes before I needed to be ready because I knew it would be a bit of a wait. So I called back 30 minutes later, and was told 20 minutes again, then I called again was told ten-15 minutes she said there was one at walmart dropping off(i was at mcdonalds). So I gave it another 20, then called back and she said that she had sent everything cab out of town and I asked why would you my cab out of town when I was next in line and she said she couldn't give me a reaso... read more

I called for a taxi around 5, the woman told me "the taxi's coming, please wait outside." 20 minutes goes by, I call again then she says, "im sorry for the wait, 25 more minutes, please wait." Me and my family waits, 2 hours go by. At this point, if your gonna run a business, please have all the cars to run it, cause this is ridiculous

I've taken this cab company 3 times to appointments and each time I was late. The lady on the phone hangs up on you and is extremely rude. She told me she has a car right now and i asked her well how long until it gets to me ans she says one is on the way and then hangs up on me mid sentence.
