I just want to say these people are amazing and friendly ! Our son broke his chain on his bike well we were camping up in Parry Sound. They took the bike in right away and got started on it. With in 25mins they called me and had us up and running with a new chain and tire!! I can’t say enough how great the service is here. Thank you so much for everything!!! Highly recommend

I was vacationing at Oastler Provincial Park when my hydraulic brakes failed. I brought my bike into the shop on the rare chance that they would have time to fix it. Little did I know that there was a bike race coming up and the staff was swamped with tune ups. Even through that was the case, Kevin and the woman at the front counter (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name), squeezed me in and had my bike up and braking again within an hour or so! I go here for coffee. They have a great coffee shop inside.
I bought a pedal assist ebike and they helped me get set up with some accessories. All of my questions were answered and I was only recommended useful accessories, no gimmicks. They set everything up for me right in the shop and even showed me how to make any adjustments I might need. I'm looking forward to hitting the trails and looking for new places to explore.
