I echo previous recent comments. Very expensive, about a £1000 more than comparable solicitors for shared ownership purchases (and don’t feel I got a better service for it). Was told I could access my solicitor more easily and readily - a lie. Poor communication and felt like I was not kept up to date. Receptionist was rude and abrupt. Diabolical. Flat sale and lease extension. Very straight forward, no chain we had a good relationship with the leaseholder. Failed to deliver both after 12 months of trying and charged us £900 for the service that delivered nothing. We had to engage with another solicitor to move the lease forward and we lost the sale. Communication - poor Quality of work - poor Service provided - poor

Worse than useless, used them because they were recommended by an estate agent. Would never use either firm again. On the day we completed our buyers called us to tell us the good news, P&C weren't aware or interested we'd completed. Absolute rubbish

Rude receptionist. Very short and doesn’t uphold the client orientated values, the firm is always short staffed, called on numerous occasions, with promise to call back. Bad experience

Jeremy Holding took over the management of the file for my late mother's estate. I have found his work to be excellent and I would highly recommend him. The conveyancing team have also done an excellent in respect of the sale of my late mother's property.
