Terrible service at this location. The young man working on Tuesday, Dec 3/2024, was rude and ignorant. He made it seem like a burden that I was in the business at 11:05 am. He clearly doesn't know the meaning of customer service. When I finished with my decision on what product I wanted, he was still counting the morning float to open the register. Staff are always friendly, shop is always clean, and prices are really really good :)
First time I went there the lady was so helpful and truly amazing. Unfortunately tonight was one of the worst weed stores I’ve been 2 across Canada (strictly due to the employee). The guy was extremely rude, made my partner and I feel very uncomfortable and was straight up a horrible employee. Recommend the store, highly do not recommend keeping that young guy in the front. What awful service and belittling behaviour to customers. Probably won’t be back because of this.
