After waiting 2 hours for AAA, decided to cancel our tow with them and call Parrish Towing. The kindest lady on the phone set someone to come tow us. Within 20 minutes of getting off the phone, John arrived to tow our truck from Kinston to Jacksonville. He was very communicative and even placed our keys in the dealership drop box with a form filled out detailing our info for the dealership to call us. Grateful for the quick and efficient service.
