The experience was excellent. The physiotherapist Denise was very gentle and knowledgeable. Personalised care was great. Highly recommended.
Only a quick visit while travelling for work, they were able to see me at very short notice, and pointed me in the right direction for course of treatment when I got home. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

Although my first impression wasn't the best, I spoke with the team and they really made an effort to address my concerns. In my follow-up appointment, they adjusted the treatment to better suit my needs and explained their approach more clearly (which is different from what I was used to). They provided me with a clear improvement plan and a review to track my progress. I appreciate their willingness to listen and their genuine concern for their patients. Happy with the new supervision and follow-up.
