First time we ordered, when we received our order it was a different color. They didn’t keep in stock the one we paid for, so we had to wait long time for another shipment. When arrived, it wasn’t the tone we initially ordered and liked. So we had no other option than take it. We tiled the entire house. Never satisfied with the tone of tile and had to live with it. After 8 years, we kind of forgave the incident and went back for tile for another entire house. They said they have enough stock. We needed to buy more twice due ... read more
