Initially had a poor experience with quality, reached out to Parr for their thoughts. Kelsey was very quick to respond and take care of the situation. Customer service was absolutely top notch!
Online hours show that its open to 4:30pm on Saturdays, I'm here at 2:40pm and its closed. Fix your hours and quit being lazy and rude
WOW!!!!! Alysia is AMAZING!!!! Parr, please give this girl a raise. ;) She has outstanding customer service skills! We definitely were not the easiest customers to deal with and presented her with a few hurdles. Not only did she jump those hurdles, but she found unexpected solutions to our problems.
