Todd Ellis was extremely helpful with the design aspects of a very large deck project. The crew in the yard were also very friendly and helpful.
This establishment has consistently provided incorrect items during my numerous visits. Despite acknowledging the issue, they fail to accept responsibility and instead imply that the customer is at fault. Even the manager of another branch acknowledged internal problems at this location and offered more assistance than the staff here, who seem incapable of resolving issues beyond apologies and dismissals.
