They do not answer the phones, period. I hope you enjoy driving in and doing everything in person as even minor inquiries will require this. Even other Parr Lumber locations i spoke with was aware of this reputation.
Longtime customer going to the store for 15 +years. The last three transactions were a nightmare. First a window got messed up and after waiting four weeks for it they only said sorry. Yesterday had a $500+ order that unfortunately got messed up too twice so today, I could drive an additional hour to return/exchange items that they just carelessly loaded up yesterday.
