Very limited supply, out of a lot of items. Don't stock basic things
Been a customer of Parr's for over 20 years. They excel at marketing and building supplies. My feedback for them would be to ramp up the customer service. For example, I'll try and call this location in West Linn to make a order for thousands of dollars and no one ever answers the phone. An operator not on site answers the phone, sends it directly to the store and no one answers, and no way to leave a message. I understand being short staffed but this has been a problem for years. Hopefully it can get better!
Great crew of people and very helpful in helping choose materials for my projects!
