Terrible customer service, tried calling them 20 times to see if they had some lumber in stock, no one picked up.
Went with the cheaper option that was Parr. I got what I paid for. For grade 2 lumber it’s the worst I’ve seen. Came with a some nice fork lift stabs in the middle of my stacks ruining some 14’ boards. They were the fastest to get a sales quote but impossible to get ahold of. Tried calling their sales office multiple times with no answer or return of messages. I will go with someone else next time.
Place is terrible about answering their telephone. I wanted to check if they had a certain item I needed in stock. I gambled and drove the 25 minutes to get there only to find out they were currently out of stock. If they would have only answered their darn phone I could have saved the time and gas. A friend of mine was trying to call that same location just two days ago. He could not get them to answer the phone either.
Amazing customer service, the employees where nice and very helpful, product was great, picked up my product in a complete downpour and all my lumber was dry and in great condition. Highly recommend.
