Amazing customer service, the employees where nice and very helpful, product was great, picked up my product in a complete downpour and all my lumber was dry and in great condition. Highly recommend.
I’m giving a five star review because of the driver Rodney. He arrived at 4:45 PM, and was genuinely concerned about what we needed done. I showed him where to drop the load and he said well that’s all I need. Go ahead and takeoff. I’m grateful for his kindness and his work ethics Great job Rodney!!!!!
Parr Lumber was supposed to pick up wood that my contractor couldn't use and reimburse me - that was weeks ago. I was told last Friday it would be picked up at the beginning of this week - but now it's Thursday night and its still in front of my house killing my lawn. I called and left voicemails numerous times and finally talked to 2 different people, but it's still here on my lawn.
