Great customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful! Good variety of accessories and extras. Tons of bikes - new and used, ebikes, BMX, low riders, scooters, mountain bikes and more!
My wife's front tire just blew out after taking the bike in for new tires. Bike was there for two weeks. Got a $90 tune up, bike was still dirt, no new tires and no reason why. No interest in installing new tires either. "Ride them until they give out" I was told.
Asked for a tune up and new tires, picked it up two weeks later no new tires. Gave us excuses why he didn’t do it and then my bike gave out right after I spent $90 for a tune up that I’m not even sure happened. Why wouldn’t you put new tires on it? They were obviously worn and on the brink. I’ll never take a bike here again sadly, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. When riding Brian Head we always seem to need something from a deraileur to a rinse these folks are down to help us take care of our bikes and get us back on the trail. Thanks for great service!
