We have been dealing with Ada Bajaj, Ruth and Lori Hope. They are responsive and clear in the communication. Proactive and everything is done on time. Their mobile signing service keeps improving especially over the lockdown and is now at a state that is convenient and very accurate. Victor was professional and efficient in checking documents over zoom and getting our signatures over docusign.

Horrible law firm. They should not be able to operate. They do not go over your agreement of purchase and sale with you to make an informed decision, therefore you are charged excessive fees at closing which were not disclosed. The law clerk, NOT the lawyer, is the person you are in contact with yet they charge excessive legal fees. Do NOT choose this said “law firm” with any real estate transaction. You will regret it.
