Horrible receptionist.called in 2.5 hrs in advance to inform I couldn’t go as I had to go to dr instead.very rude .wanted to charge me as a no show and I have to give 24 hrs notice
The physios that I’ve seen really helped me out with a couple of painful conditions… I also appreciated the care factor and this is shared by the admin team as well
