I don't know what they do but it isn't much of anything. Don't keep your medical information or records or your Drs evaluations or comments. You have to go back to all your Drs and have them fill out papers and hopefully they send them, instead of all the signing permissions for them to do that over a computer that doesn't cost gas and time that you are expected to do.
