I'm a designer out of LA, worked with Alan at Parma to deliver a beautiful entry tile to client. Parma's selection is unique and interesting from a design standpoint and the service is unmatched; especially in comparison to local vendors. Alan was very detailed in his quote, all necessary information was provided clearly and upfront and he was patient as we locked in our client. We went to the Yonkers Parma Tile showroom to find ceramic tile for a kitchen backsplash. Susi, the manager, who helped us, was friendly, helpful, knew the stock, and talked to us about the room we were working on. She could not have made the experience more delightful! We selected and ordered a beautiful tile, and we would highly recommend Parma Tile on Central Avenue, and especially, working with Susi! Phyllis and Michael
