From the moment we stepped inside Parma Tile we knew we were in the right place. Alan immediately acknowledged us, although he was with another customer. As soon as he was finished with them, he came to us and here we are. We can’t say enough about Alan. He was kind, patient, attentive, and completely invested in the creation of our project. As a contractor, I’ve visited many tile stores and this place definitely stands out. They have a very large selection of tiles with styles and options for different types of projects, which makes it easy to find what you need in one place. The prices are also very competitive compared to other tile stores in the area. The showroom is very spacious and makes it easy to see different tile options and designs in person. My wife and I are in the process of renovating a large bathroom and visited Parma Tile. Of all the tile stores we visited, they were by far the most knowledgeable. Further, they were not pushy in trying to make the sale, were competitively priced, and the entire purchase process was seamless. I would highly recommend them for any tile needs.
