I had an issue with my deck (it cracked on the first day) and there was some confusion at first, but the team quickly followed up and helped me out. Thanks Ben and Jesse, they offered a replacement and finally sorted everything out. Thanks for the help and understanding my frustration!

Put the wrong address in when ordering a pair of shoes - rang the Brisbane store and gave the correct address - when I did, Jssy the owner said, "Mate I live near there so I'll drop them off on my way home today!!! Incredible service!!! Same day delivery!!!
