It was my first time buying skates, so I had lots of questions, and the staff kindly explained everything and helped set up my skates.

Put the wrong address in when ordering a pair of shoes - rang the Brisbane store and gave the correct address - when I did, Jssy the owner said, "Mate I live near there so I'll drop them off on my way home today!!! Incredible service!!! Same day delivery!!!
Jessie was so kind and so welcoming! We live in Wagga Wagga NSW and my husband had a field day in the store! Our two young kids were given free sticker packs from Jessie as soon as we walked in. The kids were stoked! Jessie made my husband and son some teeshirts on the spot which was just AMAZING! He even showed them how they are made! One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the store Jessie made us feel like skater family!
