Stay away. Tyler Peach has gone out of his way to lie & mislead me regarding their process & costs after spending exorbitant energy trying to retain this Lawfirm. I was happy to pay whatever necessary granted simple information regarding cost was relayed clearly. If you have the option, I strongly recommend paying for your own lawyer to ensure you fully understand what you are signing. I had a negative experience when I agreed to work with the builder's lawyer, Parlee McLaws LLP. The communication with the paralegal was marked by arrogance, and there was a significant error in the calculation of my mortgage, which resulted in additional out-of-pocket expenses for me later in the process.
