One star for the EXTREMELY rude receptionist. Not sure who pissed in your pancakes this morning but you said "Give me your name and number and someone will contact you when theyre available." I politely asked if i could give my email as I am not available for phone calls from late morning to early evening, and I would need to set up a phone call, and then asked if that would be possible or if it was just a random call time.
