Everyone involved was professional and efficient. Very helpful.
So disappointed when I arrived to find this Atrium only has part-time help fitting glasses on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Very disappointing especially because I was there on a Friday, with my prescription from Atrium in Elkin, and had to walk through mud, with my walker, from the rain in the paved parking lot. Tried to call the next Thursday to see if the part-time person was working and no one has called me back yet. Not sure now if I want to go back.
Was a good environment. The staff felt genuinely friendly and competent. I would only state that the waiting period after the planned appointment was a bit longer than expected. If refinement of that were done then I would have no complaints.
My nurse Megan was the best nurse I’ve ever had. Check in was easy. Billing department sucks.
