This is the worst nursing home in the region by far. Send your loved ones here if you want them treated like garbage. Wish I could leave zero Stars.
"In this senior home, there are many excellent PSWs and staff, but the nurses are negligent. They don’t do their job properly, and there is a group that isn’t well trained. One of them recently moved from PSW to nurse without proper training or experience, and she was basically running on her own. When they do something negligent, they protect each other. Training and oversight need serious improvement." That should capture exactly what you want to express!
This is an amazing home! Nothing but only positives. The staff everyone are amazing! People that live here as well are awesome and some know each other from connections. It’s small world we live in! Keep making positive difference! All the best!
