I'm absolutely disgusted with the poor quality of the staff and the way they treat residents and their family's. I've recently been the Parkwood to care for my Nan and I was faced with nothing but ignorance. I think it is very unprofessional that when I asked the basic costs, ie rental, service charge & care per hour they refused to say unless I had a tour. Sanctuary were more than happy to tell me their costs so I can only wonder as to why Wrekin Housing Trust wouldn’t give such basic information.

Used to be good but is no longer CQC registered. Was hard to get a tenancy here but then they let in one awful tenant who does drugs and is disruptive to many residents and has caused endless problems. Gone way downhill and standard of care from Accord is awful. Now - FREE T SHIRTS with caption reading PARKWOOD - in my opinion A CIRCUS RUN BY A CLOWN
