The absolute WORST place to rent a condo. Water leaks, sewage leaks, laundry filled with sewage, floor-wide water shut-offs for singular unit repairs, large homeless presence, broken glass in entry way, broken elevators, pool and jacuzzi year-round closures, malfunctioning key fobs and doors, and lingering smells of dog piss and poo in elevators and on sidewalks were a norm while living here.
