I got hire on as a permanent 2nd shift machine operator. The hiring process takes to long and for what? I was running anywhere from four to five machines nightly not only do you have to keep up with the machines you have to make your boxes, find a pallet jack to remove and replace you're filled totes. No help from anybody break relief pure joke that's the only things he does and then hides the the rest of the time. The supervisor can't help you because they worked them to death also.The two techs who keep the machine running... read more
What ever you do don't work here because if you quit they will not pay you your last check they'll give you the run around saying it will be mailed to you it's been more than a week and I have steel yet to receive my check I might have to take legal action like I stated don't work here
My experience was so bad that this will probably never be shared. No training at all. My first few hours on the floor I was sent to 4 different machines ,no one was even showing me the work instructions. Team leader was saying just glance at it. I am not mad at this company I feel they need to stop lying to themselves and the people they hiring. If you have a job don't quit it can't be as bad as this one. Run,run.
