Community is great. The new property management is as helpful as they can be. We have lived here for almost a year and have changed property management 3 times. The things we were promised when signing the initial lease (amenities such as a pool and trash included in the HOA) have since changed. I can’t even comfortably park in the garage anymore since the trash can must be stored in the garage (and the garage was the selling point of the place for me as I work late often and have security concerns). UPDATE 8 months living here and we still love it. The community is quiet. Maintenance is friendly and very helpful Whenever there is something to be repaired or any concerns. They are prompt as well. I would definitely recommend a families or anyone renting here. The variety of shops and restaurants close by are also a huge bonus. 316 is quickly accessible from here too.
