UPDATE 8 months living here and we still love it. The community is quiet. Maintenance is friendly and very helpful Whenever there is something to be repaired or any concerns. They are prompt as well. I would definitely recommend a families or anyone renting here. The variety of shops and restaurants close by are also a huge bonus. 316 is quickly accessible from here too. We have been living here almost 3 months now and love it. Everything is brand new and has all the features one would want in their home. My favorite right now is the large pantry. The soft closing doors in the kitchen and bathrooms are also wonderful. The weekly Lawn Care is such a blessing. We were so excited to get to have our cat live here too Ashley, Tawanna and Jamar, the staff here have been wonderful from day 1.
