I was at Parkway Place for two weeks to aid in surgery recovery as part of a transition to home health services. I had a partial hip replacement the week before due to a bicycle accident. My medical condition had ups and downs. The nurses/aides (particularly Annie, Starr and Stephen) treated me as a person, not just a patient. I also received personalize care from the Physical and Occupational therapists. With appreciation, Bob F
Love the area, the fact you get two pools, and the staff has been SO helpful over the past year. Any issues I’ve had they have been quick to address whether it comes to issues with my apartment or issues with my account! Great place for some quiet time away from the northgate area!
Very bad experience. Would not recommend. I was told by a Liason at the hospital to place my parents there as they needed independent/assisted living. Went for a tour and liked the unit. When I contacted them to pursue and sign paperwork etc the representative did not respond to my voice mails nor emails. Furthermore, I emailed another representative about this and she completely ignored me and deferred me to contact the executive director to file a complaint given “that I was not happy”??
