Poor alterations, customer service, lost item – Terrible alterations in addition to bad customer service. The dry cleaning was fine and I have no complaints about that. However, I brought a mens dress shirt to have a small tear on the sleeve repaired and drycleaned. It was a straight line less than 1 cm long. Seems simple, but we ended up with a 1 inch diameter circle of thread that had been zig-zagged across-- over and over and over again-- to the point that it was literally 3-D!!
