I use the Shared Branch feature…I’ve never had a problem i’m usually in and out in 5 to 10 minutes. The customer service has always been good and helpful to me.
I have been a member for over five years. Never had a problem up until this point. Recently, I decided to get a debit card, and I’m already having issues. I can go to an ATM and take money off my card but I can’t use my card to make purchases. I will be closing out my account soon and going to a different credit union. I wouldn’t recommend this credit union to anyone.
Stopped in to utilize shared branching feature and read a few of the reviews before entering. It did take me an extra moment to locate the building because I didn't see a sign but once I reached the teller it was an easier and better experience than I had at a credit union in Livonia. It was quick, easy and the staff was really helpful.
Every time a little bad weather comes through all the online banking is down. For DAYS! Can’t access the website or the app. It’s been 5 days since we had a storm and the web and app are still down.
