I can’t say enough good things about the Branch Manager, Jeanette C. From the moment I walked in, her level of personal attention, care and professionalism was outstanding. She helped me get a document notarized and answered any questions I had. It’s so nice to have a friendly and welcoming face as you enter the bank. I highly recommend Parkway Bank in Arlington Heights.

They are always awesome. They help me understand how to keep my account safe and help with any problems. Was there today without an appointment about a scam email and they assured me that the money was not taken and helped me feel relieved! Thank you so much for your help.
