I can’t say enough good things about the Branch Manager, Jeanette C. From the moment I walked in, her level of personal attention, care and professionalism was outstanding. She helped me get a document notarized and answered any questions I had. It’s so nice to have a friendly and welcoming face as you enter the bank. I highly recommend Parkway Bank in Arlington Heights.

I have been a client for nearly 20 years. I absolutely dread going to the drive thru. I was there today and again I was treated rudely by a teller that had been there for years. I’m going to a different bank. The branch in Elk Grove is fabulous but the Arlington heights branch is very undesirable! Not even a thank you!
