Good, they answered the phone and super friendly. Bad, they said they cannot order $2 bills or $1 coins from the Fed. Went to Bank of America and they said they can do that easily so I opened an account with them instead.
My elderly mother has a safe deposit box at this location and previously had an account. She went into the bank to get coins exchanged and was told she is not a customer and it would cost her 10% of the total coins she exchanged. I guess paying for a safe deposit box is not considered being a customer. Customer service here seems to be lacking.

Been with this bank for over 10 years and has never done me wrong. Great service and great people.
