Usually very good customer service especially at the drive thru, but went there this past Friday and the teller was rude and seemed annoyed.
A very good feeling
We’ve been banking with this branch since our move to Mt. Prospect. We love the employees. They are cheerful, helpful, knowleagable. It’s as if we are going to a small town bank, that greet us by name! They never show frustration and are ALWAYS pleasant
