Worst experience ever with this loan officer. Mark D. Majdecki Vice President, Commercial Lending - commitment letter was promised on a Wednesday and never recieved it until 11 days later. - never gave me a checklist of what was needed to close. - and when i did get one. I love this bank. It reminds me of how banks used to be where everyone knows your name. It has a nice small town feel to it and they treat you like a person rather than a number. I do personal banking as well as business banking with Parkway.
