Gave warranty information
I have been going to this location since 2014. Recently they can't seem to keep am audiologist. Bob came in from Boca. He was extremely knowledgeable in fact the most knowledgeable and welcoming in my 10 years. There ica piece needed to complete my aids that he was ordering. Hopefully the follow up with the new person will be seamless.
I initially thought this was a good place, but it’s not. I had a hearing test back in April 2024 and I was never called back. I’ve called them multiple times and still no calls were returned to replace my hearing aids. I WAS GHOSTED
