2025 has been a terrible year for Parkview. A lot of new drivers. And despite supposedly being well-trained, they are completely clueless. My kid's bus driver retired and today was the first day of a new driver. He stopped at the stop, opened the door, stared at his phone, and as the kids walked up to the door of the bus, he shut the door and drove off. I called dispatch and they said he's new and to be patient. This doesn't have anything to do with being new. And then dispatch said, I'm the only one who complained. Wow. OK.... read more

My child, who has special needs, has door to door pick up/drop off accommodations. This morning, Sept 23rd, her bus driver was rerouted as a road that is usually taken was closed to the bus company?? however there were plenty of other vehicles, including busses, using said road. When the bus driver contacted their dispatch she was instructed not to pick up my daughter as there is no where for the bus to turn around, not true.
