Staff is very rude especially Sabrina and Trisha When they answer call for drivers, they speak very rudely. No professionalism in talk. Higher management need to check this.
January 24th, 2025 3:45pmish bus number 21003 on King street caledon . Loaded with kids, applied the flashing lights up top then turned them off and stopped in the middle of the very busy road. No 4 ways, nothing just sitting there. Both lanes of traffic stopped in confusion. Then the bus proceeded to attempt to pull over to the shoulder but left the ass end of the bus hanging out in the lane, blocking traffic and just waiting to be rear ended.
