Application process has been abhorrent. Took a week to get back to me. I am dealing with conflicting AI bots via text. And then after all of that, no places were available when there WAS one when I originally inquired. Ridiculous
Moved in with high expectations and got nothing but BS in return. From Management specifically. Got screwed over on a few things that they magically didnt have records of. The rent also climbed so high I was house poor for the entire time I was there. It would be great if at least you didnt have to trip over tenants dog poop every time you opened your door or walked down the walks. It literally never stopped and just got worse. Had a very personable time with Garett today. Spent an hour chatting at a townhome tour. Explained everything in great detail, and was transparent about any fees that would be a part of the application process. Garett was fantastic and very willing to answer all question. Thank you Garett you made looking for a new home smooth and easy! Highly recommend this team and property.
The leasing girl Christena is by far one of the best I have ever dealt with while apartment hunting. She’s patient, and answers whatever questions I have ( even if they’re stupid lol ) super friendly and just willing to help wherever she can. Also got to meet the maintenance man, also super nice and friendly. It’s rare to find qualities like those in people anymore. Management did a good thing within these two. Hoping to find a place available there :-)
Jesus was amazing replaced my dishwasher very professional and easy going he definitely deserves to be recognized :)
