Disappointing Facility. I recently had to place a loved one in Parkview Rehabilitation Center and I must say, the experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. From the start, it was clear that this facility is not equipped to provide the level of care that residents deserve. One of the most concerning issues is the lack of basic hygiene supplies. Do not let your loved ones suffer here. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. It’s dirty and the staff has no idea how to take care of people that are in a fragile state, trying to recover. It’s complete garbage. My father is in worse shape now than when we took him there.

It’s clean thank god but unfortunately they allow their staff to steal and get away with it. I got a brand new iPhone for my dad not even 2 weeks old. I went for a walk with him across the property, came back and the phone was gone. I called the staff the very next day and nothing was done. Called twice repeated the story each time and still nothing done. Supervisor got in contact with me 5 days later told me she’d check the cameras. Never did.
