Mi experiencia a sido muy positiva, tengo a mi madre con demencia en este lugar y los servicios han sido excelentes. Su cuidado, atención, alimentación muy buena. El personal muy amable y accesible.
The girl in admissios was so polite and sweet. She showed me the facility and its clean and nice. Urs so bright in ther, hopefully my father can come soon.
I feel bad for the way staff treat these patients there honestly, the patients always smelly, staff are yelling at them when they ask them for water, or help. The staff always on their phones, chatting, talking ignoring the patients, I have worked there I have seen how these people treat their patients I would never recommend any of their facilities ever. The buildings have a lot of hazards, water on the floor, celling leaking, their network closet full of dust, the maintenance guys never care to do anything there. Please st... read more
