The staff are great when they can get to the patient. It is over crowded with 3 in a room when 2 is plenty, given the space! Patients linger in the halls mostly in wheelchairs, asking anyone who walks by for assistance, mostly to go to the bathroom. I do want to stress again how some of the staff were really wonderful!

The only reason I rate it a 2, is one star for each of the amazing staff we met! The staff are great when they can get to the patient. It is loud and smelled of urine & feces most of the time we were there. It is over crowded with 3 in a room when 2 is plenty, given the space! Patients linger in the halls mostly in wheelchairs, asking anyone who walks by for assistance, mostly to go to the bathroom. Mi experiencia a sido muy positiva, tengo a mi madre con demencia en este lugar y los servicios han sido excelentes. Su cuidado, atención, alimentación muy buena. El personal muy amable y accesible.

The girl in admissios was so polite and sweet. She showed me the facility and its clean and nice. Urs so bright in ther, hopefully my father can come soon.
