I felt the technicians were good. But I have had such a time with billing. First I fought all the time about them sending in the bill as out of network and now I have to chase down receipts from a year ago, Oct 2024, because they have no record of me paying, however my bank does. I won't be returning to this PT facility.
The folks are nice but you can’t get an appointment! They are scheduling me two weeks out when I’m supposed to have 2x a week. Crazy the medical system.
