This was once a great facility until they changed staff. The physical therapists that have been there for years are great. Do yourself a favor and find any other physical therapy facility to go to. The management and front desk staff are simply rude and care nothing about rehabilitating patients. Never in 10 years of being a patient have I experienced such deplorable treatment in ANY UCHealth facility. Patients are just a chart or number to the administration here. I was discharged by the manager as retaliation for making a complaint about him. This place use to be great but is clearly under poor new management.
I felt the technicians were good. But I have had such a time with billing. First I fought all the time about them sending in the bill as out of network and now I have to chase down receipts from a year ago, Oct 2024, because they have no record of me paying, however my bank does. I won't be returning to this PT facility.
