iv been here for almost 2 hours waiting to see a dr. there was only 6 people in front of my handicapped sister. Came in for a UTI and already had a urine sample for them. This is ridiculous
I had my full Dot physical here and the experience was excellent even tho the form was complicated. The nurses were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always had great smiles, they clearly work hard and care about their patients. The doctor was straightforward and professional, which I really appreciated. Overall, this place runs smoothly and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
Called to check hours and location for a patient of mine and customer service was just horrible. Definetly not sending my patient here. Called apple urgent and receptionist was very welcoming .
I give them zero stars. Worst bedside manner. I was treated like I was not welcome. I'm a veteran. I sat in the empty waiting room and it still took 30 minutes to be seen by the grumpiest PA I have ever met. I will not be returning to this location.
