Walked in at 5:10 pm. 50 mins before closing time. My son and I got turned away. We were not allowed to sign in. Be different if door was locked or sign on door say something about last sign up time. Guess you gotta show up way before hand.

Been here for 3 hours! Absolutely crazy. No one comes out to give an update on wait.
Writing this review as I still wait outside their office. Been waiting over 45 minutes and they’re closed. The door says 8am. No sign or anything stating hour change. Had a line of guests waiting including a delivery person dropping off supplies. Extremely unprofessional.
