Front counter lady is rude and doesn’t even ask the right questions, doesn’t understand what you say and treats you like you’re dumb. The medical field shouldn’t hire rude and careless people like her, just getting checked in makes me never want to come here again. Ridiculous.
I will never go back. Besides the fact that I hate Parkview for their consistently unethical behavior; the front desk girl was rude when she thought that I couldn't hear her. I had an appointment for noon. I was the only one in there most of the time, two others came through during my TWO HOUR visit. I did go back for a half hour and didn't see a provider for an hour. NOON APPOINTMENT = 1300 TIME WITH PROVIDER!!!! The place was dirt and drab. Then they made me sign some paper for an unnecessary test that was trying to get me... read more
I was hurt at work this clinic was very nice and professional. Dr. Wu made sure to take the time to understand the injury and how it happened and how to get it healed quickly. He was very thorough and made sure to explain why when he said something.
If a job I want requires a physical be done here I will just not take the job. Appt was at 3:00 and I’m still waiting to be seen at 4:30.
