Checked in. Had the seat closest to the window, after WAITING FOR 55 MINUTES IN AN EMPTY LOBBY. This place is pathetic. Slower than a 7 year itch.
Everyone in the office was rude as hell. Receptionist was swamped so she was having me fill out a form and sign permission forms at the same time. She asked another man if he could come back later for a specific test out loud in front of other patients. When he gave his answer that yes he could, she didn’t even wait until the answer was out of his mouth before relaying that he did consent.
