Came here with the agency, and although I didn’t get to work, MS.MELODY! And I put that in all caps so management would know that I’m screaming! She….is simply amazing, an angel so sweet so kind hearted and just exudes compassion! I hope you guys know what you have , the place is so well maintained and there were different social activities going on as you walk through… people were caroling it gave Christmas!! Love it! I would definitely recommend this facility based on Melody and all the smiles I encountered
Parkview in Frisco has a fantastic assisted living and memory care. The staff is very compassionate, friendly and treat their residents like family. Shanece (Nurse) and Bibi (Memory Care Director) are wonderful people and do a great job of caring for the residents. If you're looking for an assisted living or memory care in the Frisco area, I definitely recommend touring Parkview in Frisco.
Parkview Memory Care does a great job caring for our parent. The caregivers are attentive. Parkview provides a structured day with activities that are engaging. Our parent is happy and well cared for.
