I highly recommend seeing Takoda! I've been training with him twice a week for over a year. I'm a younger person with a serious knee injury, and he's helped me strengthen and condition the muscles around my knee to better support it. He's super motivating and always pushes me to work harder while making the workouts enjoyable. I have been experiencing migraines, neck and lower back pain and balance issues for many years. Since I first started physiotherapy with Chuck and now kinesiology with Takoda, my symptoms have decreased significantly with the proper treatment and exercises given to me. I would definitely recommend the Parksville Physiotherapy to my family and friends. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring for their clients.
