may God bless you donot have a neighbor who like to cook super stinky and pungent food. The apartment is old (maybe around 70 years old). So there is a bad venting system. Every time when my neighbor tries to cook some pungent food I can smell it from my apt and the odour will hang over my apt for hours. It is super upset and disgusting. We won’t continue to stay here. I don't understand why there are good reviews. This is the moldiest place where I had to leave windows open 24/7 in order to have some decent air, and the walls are the thinnest possible. You will be woken up from your neighbor walking up their own stairs.

The management is really responsive and maintenance is super, super efficient! The only place I’ve lived at where your request is taken care of the day you put in a request! The management also hosts social events like icecream socials, breakfasts etc. Really happy to be living here.

We love living in the Lakeside vista townhomes! Great space, plenty of privacy and easy communication with management. Maintenance is also great with responding in a timely manner with requests. The view of the lake is also pretty hard to beat!
