Had a wonderful experience at Parkside Therapy Square One. Everyone was super welcoming right from the receptionist - Jay, who was really helpful - yet thorough professional. Shoutout to Heejin Jun for the wonderful session, which was super relaxing for me. I could not be any more happier. I would highly recommend this place!
Went for initial physiotherapy session for chronic pain in my knee due to meniscus tear. Physiotherapist Mansi was the one assigned to me, she lacked basic bedside manners and even raised her voice which definitely are not expected when you are seeing a patient. Her treatment made my pain worse. Not returning
I had a massage at Parkside Therapy before months, but the session lasted only 45 minutes even though I was charged for a 60-minute appointment. When I returned to the front desk, the staff member told me they would add the missing 15 minutes to my next appointment. However, later, they refused that and claimed that the 15 minutes had been used for an “assessment.” In reality, the assessment took only a few minutes, not 15.
I booked RMT appointment here, I called them to confirm appointment 10 days before and that time I was told they have direct billing with Desjardins Insurance but on the day of appointment I got to know there was system issue and they said - I will have to pay full amount and then will have to claim by myself, I had to cancel appointment and couldn’t get another due to busy season. If they would have clear this to me earlier, at least I would have able to book it for other day.
Heejin Jun is wonderful and truly has magic in her hands. I visited her for neck pain and migraines, and after just the first visit, I already feel much better.
