After surgery from a work related heel and knee injury I have been receiving physio on a weekly basis. Olivia is assigned to me and is doing a great job with giving me exercises and stretches to help fast track my recovery. Highly recommend this service.

With a friendly qualified physiotherapist whose aware of your physical problems monitoring everything you are doing, I felt comforted and reassured. The exercises were successful in helping me overcome my problems and maintain my independence. The bonus to the classes were the friends I made within it.
