Matt’s hydro class at lunch time Tuesdays is perfect to partner with your other treatment. It has been wonderful for me. The water is warm and the company is good. It’s wonderful for getting you back to your best at your pace.
We would highly recommend Parkside Sports physiotherapy, especially Matt for his care and expertise dealing with sports injuries. My daughter presented with an injury, he was able to guide us in terms diagnostics tests required, able to interpret them accurately and provide the right care. Matt has a kind rapport with his clients and my daughter had a great deal of trust in his rehabilitation plan and I believe because of this her recovery was really fast. Thanks Matt!
